TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
TERMS:
Our terms are Net 30 Days from the date of the invoice
for customers with established credit. Credit will be established based
on approval of a signed credit application and a signed tax
exemption certificate.
SERVICE CHARGE:
A service charge of 2% (24% annual) per
month is charged on past due accounts.
ORDERS:
In order to service you better and schedule our shipping
properly, we require a 24 hour notice for any pick up. See hours
below. (Bring protective covering)
RESTOCKING:
A 15% fee on any stock returned.
PRICES:
Prices and availability of all stock offered in this catalog are subject
to change without prior notice. All prices are F.O.B. Elkhart, IN. Prices are effective through December 31, 2009.
QUANTITY BREAK:
Price breaks apply to nursery stock only.
Quantity price breaks are not available on roses or greenhouse
material.
Price of item up to $25.00—quantity break at 15
Price of item $26.00 & up—quantity break at 5
Perennials—quantity break at 15
CLAIMS:
Claims for shortages and damaged stock must be
submitted within five (5) days of receipt. Contact our office or
your sales representative at once regarding any problems with
delivery receipts or any discrepancies. At no time will Sautter’s
be liable for more than the invoiced price of the stock.
PICK UP HOURS:
Monday—Friday 7:30am—12:00pm
1:30pm— 4:00pm
Saturday By appointment only
